Community Room
The library has 2 large meeting rooms that can be rented for use during the library's open hours.
Each room can hold up to 100 people in a lecture style. The two rooms can be combined into one space that holds up to 200 people.
Community room amenities include a small catering kitchen, a piano, projection equipment, and teleconferencing capability.

Small Conference/Study Room
The Small Conference Room has a conference table and seating for 8. It may be rented for small meetings during library hours.
Any time it has not been rented, library patrons may use it without charge for studying.
There are 4 rooms with conference tables and chairs for 6 people. They are available to students for quiet studying during library hours.

Grace Mellman Heritage Room
The Grace Mellman Heritage Room is an elegant room that can be rented for meetings of up to 12 people seated around a conference table. When the room has not been rented, library patrons may use the room to sit and read in large comfy chairs and enjoy the floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

Kitchen
The Kitchen may be rented in conjuction with a Community Room rental. This small kitchen is perfect for catering, offering a sink, stove, oven, and work/staging area.

Piano
A Piano may be rented in conjunction with a Community Room rental. The piano must be tuned by a City tuning official.
